72-hour deletion

Source and translation are deleted automatically after 72 hours (or manually at any time) — a history entry remains.

Encryption — key held in the EU

All uploaded data is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and, in normal operation, decrypted only by the owner — with a key held in the EU.

Translation documents — inaccessible to staff

The documents you upload for translation (with your clients' sensitive data) are stored encrypted and decrypted only by you. They are inaccessible to our staff; any key access outside the owner is logged and reviewed.

What happens to my documents?

Processing and storage take place in the EU, encrypted, with automatic deletion after 72 hours (or manually at any time).

How is it billed?

Per standard page (1,650 characters) via packages from €0.50 per page. No subscription, no base fee. Short fragments (a line, a field, a table cell) count as at least 10 characters. Table characters are weighted by the number of columns: up to 4 — 1, 5–7 — 1.5, 8 or more — 2. The certification statement is not counted.

Can I send clients a price quote?

Yes. Upload the client’s files — Lingverra counts the volume automatically and produces a finished quote on your letterhead in minutes, each file a separate line with its price, as a PDF for the client. Five quotes are free — once per account. After that each one costs two standard pages from your balance, and only with your explicit confirmation.
